Widget Plugin fürs neue Simple Tagging

Für das neue, hervorragende Tagging Plugin ‘Simple Tagging‘ gibt es jetzt auch (von mir) ein Sidebar Widget, das eine Tag Cloud in der Sidebar anzeigt.

Simple Tagging Widget

07.07.07: Version 0.4 released. No style definitions needed any more!

his is a Widget plugin to show a tag cloud generated by the WordPress plugin ‘Simple Tagging‘ in the sidebar.

For this plugin to work there must be the ‘Simple Tagging’ plugin activated and the ‘Sidebar Widgets‘ plugin activated as well.

Just drop the file ‘simple-tagging-widget.php’ into your plugin directory and activate the plugin. The go to the Themes->Sidebar Widgets panel and drag&drop the ‘Simple Tagging Tag Cloud’ box into your sidebar (and save). The tag cloud will be shown in the sidebar with the tag cloud options you configured for the ‘Simple Tagging’ plugin. That’s it.

WP-Plugin: Recent Comments

Bei Robert bin ich auf ein schönes und vor allem sehr umfangreiches Plugin gestoßen: Recent Comments erzeugt Widgets für Kommentare und Trackbacks die nahezu unbegrenzt individualisierbar sind. Und das auch noch intuitiv auf einer hervorragenden Admin-Oberfläche und DB-Caching. Das Plugin ist seit gerade im produktiven Einsatz.

(Nebenbei seht ihr jetzt auch in der Sidebar die zuletzt geposteten Beiträge…)
